The Frankfurt data centre’s specialised security concept, which is certified according to ISO 27001, is based on a multi-level access system for the building and the colocation areas, including smart cards, PINs, and biometric scanners. This system is complemented by by specialised security personnel, intrusion detection systems, and video surveillance.
Access to the building and the technical areas is fully electronic and selectively controls access to the various areas of the Frankfurt data centre.
